Trainer for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Automation & Agents

Project overview

For an international training program at a globally active major company in the automotive industry, we are looking for an experienced freelance trainer with high technical and didactic competence.

The focus is on concrete, application-specific use cases: you will support participants in conceptualizing automations and agents and transforming them into pragmatic, functional MVPs. Microsoft 365 Copilot serves as the tool for this. Classic Copilot basic training is not part of the scope.

The goal is for participants to develop solutions that they can immediately use in their daily work and share with their teams. To achieve this, you will combine practical implementation experience with the ability to convey complex content in an understandable and interactive manner.

Responsibilities

• Conception and delivery of approx. 10–15 interactive training sessions of 90 minutes each, including preparation and follow-up
• Development of customer-specific training with a focus on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Automation, and Agents
• Preparation of concrete use cases, demos, exercises, and practical sample data
• Support for participants in implementing pragmatic MVPs in their own work context
• Teaching best practices, considering enterprise governance
• Technical support and answering in-depth questions
• Reuse of existing materials as well as AI-assisted creation of training content; this is explicitly encouraged, provided quality, timeliness, and customer relevance are guaranteed and sensitive customer data is avoided
• The specific use cases, participants' prior knowledge, and available tools, access, and technical frameworks will be coordinated during training conception.

• Very good English skills (mandatory) for conducting interactive training and technical communication in an international environment

• Work model: Fully remote possible; optional one to two on-site trainings at international locations, not a requirement
