IT Systems Engineer needed to support the integration of new MacBooks and Windows devices into the system landscape, perform automated software installations, and analyze/resolve issues for a mobility services client.
Responsibilities
- Integration of new MAC OS and Windows devices into the system landscape
- Automation of software installations on MAC and Windows devices
- First-level problem analysis and resolution for internal colleagues
- Installation and configuration of notebooks, MacBooks, and mobile devices
- Incident management in the area of Google Workspace, Windows 10/11, macOS, and Office 365
- Documentation and quality assurance of requirements

- Sound practical experience in the automated operation of end devices in Apple/Windows system environments
- Several years of experience in MAC OS, Windows, Android, and iOS
- Very good knowledge of Google Workspace, Windows 10/11, macOS, and Office 365
- Experience in first and second-level incident management
