• Independent management (in close cooperation with the BU Managing Director) and active support of the transformation project within the Business Unit
• Analysis of existing structures, processes, and cost items to identify optimization and savings potentials
• Development of concrete action packages for cost reduction and efficiency increase
• Conception, preparation, and execution of workshops with relevant stakeholders
• Coordination and prioritization of measures in close cooperation with the Managing Director of the Business Unit and management
• Preparation and support of the implementation of defined measures
• Ensuring structured implementation and tracking of measure progress
• Active involvement, motivation, and engagement of employees in the transformation process

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in carrying out and supporting transformation projects
• Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing cost optimization and efficiency improvement measures
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
• High degree of independence and strong hands-on mentality
• Experience in conducting workshops and in stakeholder management
