Job description
Lead and actively support a transformation project within a business unit, analyzing existing structures and processes to identify optimization and cost-saving potentials.
Project overview
Independent management (in close cooperation with the BU Managing Director) and active support of the transformation project within the Business Unit
Analysis of existing structures, processes, and cost positions to identify optimization and savings potentials
Development of concrete action packages for cost reduction and efficiency improvement
Conception, preparation, and execution of workshops with relevant stakeholders
Coordination and prioritization of measures in close cooperation with the Managing Director of the Business Unit and management
Preparation and support of the implementation of defined measures
Ensuring structured implementation and tracking of measure progress
Active involvement, motivation, and engagement of employees in the transformation process
Requirements
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
Experience in carrying out and supporting transformation projects
Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing cost optimization and efficiency improvement measures
Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
High degree of independence and strong hands-on mentality
Experience in conducting workshops and stakeholder management
