Transverse Business Analyst

Project overview

We are looking for a Transverse Business Analyst for a 3-month renewable mission in Niort.

The contractor will be involved in the redesign of the provident sales process (OIR project). They must have solid experience in Business Analysis (AMOA) and be able to manage multiple and complex relationships with various stakeholders: Business Owners / Technical Owners / Management.

Objectives and Deliverables

Your role is to ensure the interface between the Business and the Technical Owners (MOE/DSI), throughout the project lifecycle:

Conduct upstream studies before the implementation phases begin, with the relevant business and technical experts: . Collect, challenge, and prioritize needs from business departments, taking into account added value (Business Value).

. Conduct impact studies with the various contributors.

. Prepare and lead kick-off meetings and study workshops.

. Coordinate the creation of economic matrices to determine the ROI of projects.

. Produce decision-support deliverables: Business Case, Scoping Note, or Opportunity Note.

Translate the raw need into a feasible functional solution:

. Lead maturation (or refinement) sessions to detail specifications with the technical team.

. Break down macro needs into fine functionalities (or User Stories).

. Prioritize functionalities in collaboration with the business, arbitrating between business value and technical complexity.

. Act as the functional referent for the project team on a daily basis: answer developers' questions, resolve ambiguities, and ensure adherence to the initial business need.

. Prepare and lead project committees. Define the appropriate acceptance strategy and write the acceptance plan.

. Lead functional testing campaigns to validate compliance with requirements.

. Support business and technical teams during acceptance: qualify anomalies, track corrections until final validation, and write the acceptance report.

. Contribute to the production deployment strategy.

. Participate in change management activities (communication, training, documentation).

. Conduct project reviews and formalize lessons learned (REX).
