Responsibilities

Profile

• Project for the management and further development of central corporate treasury processes with a focus on liquidity planning, cash management, and banking
• Creation and further development of liquidity plans and ongoing cash flow forecasts in close coordination with the relevant business units
• Management of financing, loan, and guarantee issues as well as support of existing and potential financing partners
• Processing of intercompany financing, including loans, interest rates, dividend distributions, and internal group financial movements
• Further development of cash pooling, FX, and treasury reporting structures as well as optimization and digitalization of existing treasury processes
• Support of international treasury topics and project financing, especially in interaction with subsidiaries, banks, and internal finance stakeholders
• Sound experience in corporate treasury with a solid understanding of liquidity management, cash management, and banking processes
• Experience in dealing with corporate debt, credit lines, guarantees, and other financing instruments
• Sound knowledge in cash forecasting, liquidity planning, cash pooling, and intercompany financing
• Experience in collaborating and negotiating with banks, financing partners, and international internal stakeholders
• Experience with treasury management systems; knowledge of Kyriba is an advantage, very good Excel skills are required
• Very good English skills, strong analytical and communication skills, as well as an independent and hands-on work approach; German is an advantage
