Trellix Security Administrator

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the operation, administration, and continuous development of the Trellix Endpoint Security environment
• Management, maintenance, and optimization of security policies, rules, and configurations, as well as installation and updating of security components
• Monitoring of the endpoint security infrastructure, analysis of security incidents, and processing of security alerts
• Performing updates, upgrades, and migrations, as well as creating and maintaining technical documentation and operating guidelines
• Close collaboration with SOC, network, and infrastructure teams, as well as support for security audits and compliance requirements

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT specialist for system integration) or comparable qualification
• Experience in administering endpoint security solutions, ideally with Trellix Endpoint Security and ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO)
• Good knowledge of Windows client and server operating systems, as well as in analyzing logs, security events, and malware incidents
• Basic understanding of network and security technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP(S), firewalls, and VPN
• Structured, solution-oriented way of working, as well as very good German and good English skills
