Unified Communications Teams Trainer - 3-6 months - £300 per day INSIDE IR35 - Security Clearance Required

We are seeking a hands-on Security Cleared Unified Communications Teams Trainer to support secure enterprise voice, video, and collaboration platforms (Microsoft Teams) within the Public Sector. Experience within the Public Sector would be an advantage.

• The role involves delivering classroom, virtual, and workshop-based training while supporting organisational adoption, digital transformation, and secure use of Microsoft cloud technologies.
• Training Delivery Deliver instructor-led training sessions both virtually and in-person. Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, and hands-on labs.
• Adapt training materials for different skill levels and audiences.
• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions where required.
• Assess learner progress and provide feedback.
• Content Development Create and maintain training materials, guides, presentations, and E-learning content.
• Develop role-based learning pathways.
• Update course content to reflect Microsoft 365 feature releases and organisational requirements.
• Produce user adoption and awareness materials.
• Microsoft 365 Technologies Deliver training and support adoption across: Microsoft Teams SharePoint Online OneDrive for Business Exchange Online Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365
• Experience of Teams
• Integration with Microsoft 365/Teams
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Rooms
• Understanding of cross-platform interoperability
