- UTILITY NETWORK certification mandatory
- Must have experience with data migration to Utility Network and modernization
- configuration of the ArcGIS Pro / UN production environment (versioning, editing workflows)
- large-scale migration of asset data
- Esri geodatabase administration
- performance/sizing expert
- knowledge of network standards (StaR'Eau, CNIG).
