Service Description

• Conducting UX audits of existing applications to identify optimization potential
• Definition and design of core user journeys across app, OES, and interface areas
• Development of UX concepts and optimization proposals with a focus on a consistent and seamless user experience
• Conceptual support for questions regarding information architecture and the definition of uniform interaction patterns
• Preparation and presentation of results for the development of professional recommendations for stakeholders from business and technical areas
• Planning, moderation, and documentation of user tests as well as derivation of concrete recommendations for action

• Several years of professional experience in the conception of complex, technical applications
• Sound knowledge in conducting and moderating research formats, especially interviews and user surveys
• Strong ability to translate complex issues into understandable structures, concepts, and user journeys
• Confident use of common tools for UX, journey, and concept work
• Very good knowledge of Figma, Jira, Confluence, VS Code, Claude Code, and Figma Make
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
