Job description

We are looking for an experienced UX/UI designer to translate our vision into a well-thought-out user experience and professional visual design for our B2B online shop, which is being rebuilt on Shopware 6.

Project overview

We are strategically realigning our B2B online shop for operational workplace solutions and office/operational furnishings. For this, we are looking for an experienced UX/UI designer who will translate our ideas into a well-thought-out user experience and a professional visual design.

Our requirements and the desired orientation are already largely defined, and initial drafts already exist in Figma. Now we need support in further developing these: from the UX concept and wireframes to final, implementation-ready mock-ups.

The Project

The goal is a modern, clear, and visually appealing manufacturer shop that presents our products understandably and intuitively guides business customers through product selection, configuration, and ordering or inquiry.

To start, the focus will be on the homepage and the product detail page. On the product detail page, customers should be able to individually configure their work desk and add matching accessories, with a functionality that approaches a product configurator.

Why Technical Understanding is Important to Us

The shop will be implemented in Shopware 6. It is important to us that the designs not only look convincing but are also realistic, performant, and can be implemented with reasonable effort. You should therefore be able to assess what is possible in Shopware 6 with standard features, extensions, or custom development, and align your design accordingly from the start. This ensures that the mock-ups ultimately result in a viable outcome and not designs that fail due to technical realities.

Responsibilities

Planned Overall Scope

The development will take place in coordinated phases. The homepage and product detail page form the first focus; the other areas should be considered from a design perspective from the beginning to create a cohesive overall picture.

What You Should Bring

Collaboration and Start

We want to start as soon as possible. You will work directly with us; we will provide our requirements, ideas, and existing drafts as a basis for joint development.

If interested, please send us:

We will agree on a reliable effort estimate and a concrete schedule together after reviewing the requirements and our existing drafts.
