Responsibilities
For one of our clients, we are currently looking for an experienced "UI/UX Designer" for the development of complex engineering software that is used by multiple partners in parallel.
The assignment takes place full-time and in a hybrid work model. The initial assignment of 10 days is intended for an initial analysis & evaluation of the processes.
- Investigation of processes for identifying, evaluating, and resolving conflicts, as well as developing representative user journeys and storyboards.
- Conception of understandable interactions for data and change comparisons, dependencies, responsibilities, solution status, and decision consequences.
- Creation of wireframes and clickable prototypes, as well as conducting usability assessments and transferring findings into design improvements.
- Elaboration of UI designs and interaction specifications in close cooperation with product management, domain experts, and software development.
Requirements
- Sound UX/UI experience with complex enterprise, engineering, or industrial applications
- Strong interaction design, especially for data comparison, decision support, and conflict resolution workflows.
- Experience with user research, user journeys, storyboarding, wireframing, prototyping, and usability assessments, ideally with Figma.
- Experience with collaborative workflows and shared information across multiple organizations or areas of responsibility
- Very good German and English skills
Nice to have
- Experience with Engineering Change Management.
- Experience with Version Comparison or Shared Data Environments.
- Experience in Industrial HMI
- Relevant case studies on Data Conflict Resolution, Change Review, or complex decision support applications.
