Project overview

Good day,

Two to three experienced PMOs are sought for a demanding project environment.

The assignment will be in complex IT projects, particularly in the areas of IT infrastructure, IT carve-outs, IT security, IT transformations, or comparable initiatives.

Experienced PMOs are explicitly sought, NOT senior project managers.

Here is the vacancy description for your review:

General Information:

• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 6 months (with option for extension)
• Workload: Primarily remote, occasional on-site appointments as needed
• Project Language: German

Responsibilities

• Taking over classic PMO duties and supporting project governance
• Project planning, steering, and general project coordination
• Creation of reports and KPI tracking
• Stakeholder management and consistent follow-up of open issues
• Risk, action, and issue management
• Preparation, moderation, and follow-up of meetings
• Documentation and tracking of tasks, actions, and decisions
• Independent advancement and critical questioning of project topics

• Several years of experience as a PMO in complex IT projects
• Ideally, project experience in IT infrastructure, IT carve-outs, IT security, or IT transformations
• Sound knowledge of project governance, project steering, and reporting
• Assertive, proactive, and independent way of working
• Confident demeanor towards various stakeholders
• Ability to consistently follow up on open issues
• Defense experience (advantageous)
• Certifications
• Ideally, experience with ServiceNow
• Perfect German language skills
