Varicent ICM Developer

Project overview

This contract role supports implementation and delivery of Varicent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) and Sales Planning solutions, working with senior team members in a global delivery setup. The core requirements are about two years of Varicent experience, foundational knowledge of ICM and Sales Planning, hands-on configuration and implementation support, and understanding of ELT/data pipelines and data processing. The associate will also support data validation and reconciliation, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting.

Exposure to an end-to-end Varicent implementation, incentive compensation concepts, Excel or Power BI, and Varicent certification are preferred rather than mandatory. Responsibilities

• We are seeking a Business Technology Solutions Associate (Varicent) with ~2 years of experience to support the implementation of Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) and Sales Planning solutions.
• In this role, you will work closely with senior team members to configure Varicent solutions, support data processing, and contribute to requirement documentation, testing, and delivery activities across the project lifecycle.
• Configure Varicent ICM and Sales Planning modules based on provided designs
• Develop calculations, components, workflows, and compensation plans with defined business rules
• Demonstrate ability to understand solution design and contribute to low-level design discussions
• Work on ELT/data pipelines with guidance and support data processing tasks
• Create detailed user stories and requirement documentation post discussions
• Develop functional design documents based on inputs from senior team members
• Maintain structured documentation using MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Collaborate effectively with team members and leadership in a global delivery setup
• Participate in client calls and internal discussions
• Capture detailed meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups
