Seeking an Enablement Consultant to implement Microsoft Copilot Agents into production for a financial services client, including designing, building, and rolling out agents, and providing tailored training to business departments.

Enablement Consultant Microsoft Copilot and Agents
Responsibilities
- Requirements gathering together with the business departments
- Design, build, and put Copilot Agents into production in Copilot Studio
- Connect knowledge sources and roll out agents for the business departments
- Create customized Copilot training for the business departments
- Empower business departments on Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat and Prompts
- Identify and prioritize use cases with the business departments
- Test, document, and hand over solutions

- University degree or training in the IT field
- Very good practical experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat and Copilot Agents
- Proven track record of bringing Copilot Agents into production, with references
- Experience with Copilot Studio, Prompt Engineering, and knowledge sources
- Experience in regulated environments, ideally financial services
- Experience in designing and conducting training for business departments
- Structured, independent way of working with ownership
- Very good German language skills
