We are looking for a Senior Contract Manager for Contract and Claim Management in Grid Expansion for a project with a leading transmission system operator. The role involves managing construction, supply, and service contracts, as well as cooperation agreements.

Responsibilities
- Management of construction, supply, and service contracts as well as cooperation agreements
- Recording of concluded contracts and monitoring of contractual obligations
- Preparation of contract information for program management and internal stakeholders
- Advising project management, procurement, and construction management on the interpretation and enforcement of contracts
- Change management with regard to the applicable contracts
- Evaluation of supplementary claims, obstruction and additional cost notifications, as well as counterclaims
- Review of contractor claims, as well as preparation and negotiation of own claims

- Completed degree in business law or commercial studies, or comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in Contract and Claim Management or Commercial Project Management
- Solid knowledge in Contract Execution, ideally in the energy, industrial, or infrastructure sector
- Proficient in MS Office
- Pragmatic, hands-on type who can reliably advise project management and procurement
- Very good German and English skills
