For an existing assignment with one of our direct clients, we are looking for a
Senior Engineering Manager HVDC Major Project Offshore Connection
Responsibilities
- Leadership of all engineering activities including systems engineering
- Management of interfaces with EPCI contractors and disciplines
- Building and leading multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Definition of engineering governance, decision-making processes, and reporting structures
- Approval of technical specifications and design assurance
- Management of commissioning and testing strategies in cooperation with quality management
- Technical risks, changes, and claims with project management

- Engineering degree, such as electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering
- At least 10 years of professional experience in complex engineering projects
- Leadership of engineering teams in major projects or programs
- Experience as a Package Manager in major projects, such as in HVDC EPCI projects
- Knowledge of standards, quality management, approval procedures, and HSE
- Management of technical risks, interfaces, and expectations
- English at least C1, experience in international projects

New routes and facilities are being created in large direct current projects. As Senior Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the technical leadership of a major HVDC project with offshore connection across all disciplines and interfaces.
