Sales Partner Further Education – Lean & Six Sigma (Free Training | 10%-25% Commission)

Process optimization and cost efficiency are high on the agenda in industry. We are looking for sales-strong partners for our comprehensive portfolio of recognized Lean and Six Sigma certifications – from Yellow Belt to Green/Black Belt to Master Black Belt.

To enable you to advise customers with sound expertise, we will provide you with the necessary technical and sales knowledge completely through free preliminary training.

Responsibilities

• Targeted acquisition of corporate clients (Human Resources/HR, Operations, Quality Management, Plant Management)
• Sales of individual seats in open courses as well as conception of company-internal in-house training packages
• Needs qualification and consultation of decision-makers
• Accompanying customers until binding course booking

Requirements

Remuneration & Framework:

• Sales experience in the B2B service sector (further education, HR services, consulting, or industrial services)
• Strong negotiation skills and persuasiveness in discussions with department and HR managers
• High willingness to learn methods such as Lean and Six Sigma
• Onboarding: Thorough technical and sales training beforehand, 100% free of charge
• Commission: Performance-based tiered commission from 10% to 25% per booking (high leverage for multiple and in-house bookings)
• Contract type: Freelance or via commercial agent contract according to § 84 HGB
• Support: Pre-made course descriptions, presentations, and support with individual company offers
• Work location: 100% remote, flexible working hours
