Project overview

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Video Editor to support us long-term in post-production.

Responsibilities

Video Editing: Independent editing of high-quality B2B videos, including image films, interviews, testimonials, sales videos, and social media clips.

Storytelling: Structuring raw material into understandable, dynamic, and convincing videos with a clear common thread.

Interview Editing: Selecting relevant statements and developing a coherent dramaturgy from extensive interview material.

B-Roll Integration: Meaningful integration of supplementary visual material, stock footage, and product shots.

Color Grading & Sound Design: Professional color correction, audio editing, and integration of music and sound effects.

Feedback & Corrections: Independent implementation of internal and client change requests.

Project Organization: Structured management and handover of project files, raw material, and final exports.

Requirements

At least 1-2 years of practical experience in professional video editing, ideally in an agency or B2B environment.

Very good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.

Experience with color grading, audio editing, and sound design.

A strong sense for storytelling, visual language, timing, and aesthetics.

The ability to independently develop convincing videos from extensive raw material.

Independent, structured, and reliable way of working.

Very good German language skills for editing German-language video content.

Professional technical equipment for video post-production.

Especially important: You are not just someone who cuts video material together. You understand how to tell stories that captivate viewers through targeted cuts, the right image selection, and convincing dramaturgy.
