Job title – ServiceNow OT SecOps / Vulnerability Response Consultant
Client Location – Barcelona, Spain
Remote work offering – 100%
Client Industry – Cybersecurity / Operational Technology
Contract Length – 3 months, with extension (part-time, 10 hours per week)
Contract type – Freelance
Project focus
You’ll support the client’s ServiceNow OT Security Operations and Vulnerability Response capability on a part-time basis. The role is primarily client facing: working directly with stakeholders to shape and improve their vulnerability management processes and translate them into ServiceNow.

Minenhle Mdluli
- 4+ years’ hands-on ServiceNow delivery experience at a senior level
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow Vulnerability Response, ideally including OT Security Operations / OT Vulnerability Response
- Background as a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant (preferred over a pure solution architecture profile)
- Extensive client-facing experience: running workshops, gathering requirements and advising stakeholders
- Able to work independently and deliver within a 10 hours per week commitment
- Fluent English
