Project overview

Starting September 1, 2026, the starting wage will increase to 16.45 Euros per hour.

COMPENSATION

Earn a calculated hourly wage of €16.45/h gross

Guaranteed wage adjustment after 12 months (calculated €16.45/h gross) and 24 months (calculated €18.31/h gross)

SHIFTS

We offer both full-time (+30 hours/week) and part-time opportunities (12+ hours/week) with fixed shift schedules that fit different lifestyles.

Shift options and availability vary by location, but you have the opportunity to choose your schedule later in the process.

Work week 5 out of 6 days from Monday to Saturday, late shift 5 days Monday to Friday (ERF1/ERF2)

Responsibilities

You should also be able to:

• Preparing and packing orders for shipment
• Receiving and storing goods
• Loading packages onto trucks for shipment
• Building, wrapping, sorting, and transporting pallets and packages
• Maintaining product quality standards
• Using technologies like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and pack orders into delivery bags and vehicles
• Operating powered industrial trucks such as forklifts or pallet jacks and working at heights up to 13 m. Equipment training and certification will be provided free of charge.
• Lift up to 15 kg
• Read instructions on screens and follow them for some tasks
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• Use carts, trolleys, hand trucks, and other equipment to move items
• Go up and down stairs (if applicable)
• Work at heights up to 13 m on a mezzanine (if applicable)
• Adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards

Requirements

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have good German or English language skills, with the ability to understand and follow all work requirements and safety guidelines.
