Project overview

Starting September 1, 2026, the starting wage will increase to €16.39 per hour.

Compensation

Earn a calculated hourly wage of €16.39/hour gross

Guaranteed wage adjustment after 12 months (calculated €17.20/hour gross) and 24 months (calculated €18.90/hour gross)

Night Shift

Shifts

We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with fixed shift schedules to suit various lifestyles. Shift options and availability vary by location, but you can choose your work schedule later in the application process.

Full-time shifts (30+ hours/week):

• €20.54/hour (gross) including a tax-free night shift allowance of €4.74/hour for hours worked between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM (according to night shift regulations).
• Fixed-term full-time position (37.5h) until 08/31/2027
• Early: 6:00 AM
• 2:00 PM
• Late: 2:00 PM
• 10:00 PM
• Night: 10:00 PM
• 6:00 AM

Responsibilities

You should also be able to:

• Receiving and preparing inventory for delivery
• Using technology like handheld devices to sort, scan, and pack orders into delivery bags and vans
• Building, packing, sorting, and moving pallets and packages
• Receiving truck deliveries with customer packages
• Lift up to 15 kg
• Read instructions on screens and follow them for some tasks
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach throughout shifts
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other equipment to move items
• Go up and down stairs (if applicable)
• Work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures and moving vehicles

Requirements

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have good German or English language skills, with the ability to understand and follow all work requirements and safety guidelines.
