Further Development and Error Analysis in OpenText VIM Invoice Management (Utilization 40-60%)

Project overview

Scope of Services

• Analysis of existing process flows and system configurations in the VIM environment, as well as the conception of optimization and further development measures
• Execution of customizing, parameterization, and technical adjustments within OpenText VIM
• Development in SAP Backend (ABAP/ABAP OO) as well as the implementation and adaptation of Fiori interfaces such as SAPUI5 or OData Services
• Consulting on the integration of new functions into the existing system architecture
• Execution of functional and integration tests as well as the derivation of necessary measures for correction and process improvement
• Systematic investigation of reported errors and process disruptions in the OpenText VIM environment
• Evaluation and processing of audit findings related to invoice processing processes
• Implementation and/or support of measures in the system, including tests and documentation
• Consulting on the follow-up and closure of open audit or revision points

• Several years of experience in the OpenText VIM environment as well as in consulting on SAP FI (S4HANA)
• Profound know-how in SAP FI and SAP Business Workflows as well as in SAP architectures
• Practical knowledge in ABAP OO developments and cross-module custom developments
• Confident handling of SAP Fiori, OData Services, SAPUI5 and in the optimization of ABAP programs (Clean Code)
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
