Securities Accountant position to be filled with our client from the Insurance & Re-insurance industry in Zurich.

Responsibilities

Your knowledge:

What distinguishes you:

• Independent management and administration of securities accounting at the mandate level
• Processing of annual financial statements in the area of securities accounting
• Maintenance and administration of security master data
• Preparation of data for audits, external statistics, and claims for withholding taxes domestically and abroad
• Creation of analyses, reports, and presentations for foundation boards
• Collaboration with internal and external contacts, as well as telephone and written customer support
• Completed commercial apprenticeship with relevant further education
• Several years of experience in securities accounting, ideally in the environment of pension funds or provident institutions
• Very good knowledge of investment products, including alternative investments
• Experience in managing mandates and in annual financial statements
• Very good German skills, as well as English and French skills are an advantage
• Language skills: German
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Precise, structured, and careful approach
• Strong service orientation and communication skills
