• The focus of the role is on operational support for upcoming rollouts, in particular:
• Requirements Engineering and functional requirements gathering
• User Enablement including direct contact with users
• Accompanying rollouts on-site at logistics locations
• Support for the helpdesk during the introduction phases
• Coordination and alignment with business departments and technical teams such as Identity Management and Network
• Furthermore, the resource is intended to act as a technical liaison between employee master data, the product teams involved, and the project. This includes in particular:
• Configuration of employee app templates based on company codes and cost centers Coordination with Identity Management and Network teams for the technical rollout
• Support with testing, quality assurance, and rollout preparation

Cologne / remote (4 days onsite per week / 1 day remote)

Your Qualifications

• Must-Have
• Several years of experience in Requirements Engineering
• Experience in User Enablement as well as in coordination and alignment with business departments and technical teams
• Several years of experience in supporting IT rollouts on-site, ideally in the logistics environment and in the rollout of apps
• Basic technical understanding for the analysis and clarification of issues
• Start: 2026-11
