- Outbound telephone collections for open energy supply claims (80% of the activity)
- Negotiate payment arrangements (installment plans, deferrals, etc.)
- Respond to incoming customer calls and written customer inquiries
- If necessary, decide on the initiation of legal dunning proceedings
