• Functional leadership and support of product managers, as well as bridging a vacant product management role.
• Responsibility for portfolio strategy, economic viability, and lifecycle of SAP platforms and selected non-SAP services.
• Development of clear goals, priorities, and roadmaps for cloud, platform, integration, and archiving solutions.
• Cross-functional steering of complex implementation, transformation, and migration projects, including dependencies, milestones, risks, and decisions.
• Management of SAP license management and further development of license, billing, and cost models.
• Representation of the domain towards SAP, module teams, internal technology units, and other stakeholders.
• Close collaboration with People and Process Lead in a shared leadership model.

Your Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a Product Lead, Interim Manager, or in comparable responsibility within the SAP technology environment.
• Profound understanding of modern SAP, cloud, platform, and integration architectures, as well as experience with SAP operations and cloud transformations.
• Proven management of several complex IT products, projects, or strategic initiatives.
• Experience in functional leadership and sparring with product managers and experts.
• Strong commercial understanding, especially budgets, business cases, billing models, and license negotiations.
• Experience with portfolio, transformation, and lifecycle management, as well as decisive steering of decisions and implementation.
• Very good German and English skills.
• Experience in several of the areas SAP Basis, SAP BTP/BAIP, CPI/SAP PO, Integration Suite, Application Lifecycle Management, or SAP License Management.
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform as well as Security, Compliance, and Resilience.
• Experience with document management and archiving solutions.
• Practical experience in agile product and organizational models, as well as in international teams.
• Experience with the standardization, optimization, and automation of operational and change processes.
