• You will take over the technical leadership and coordination of all engineering activities within your area of responsibility
• You will ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and deadline and cost targets
• You will coordinate interdisciplinary interfaces and align technical requirements with customers, suppliers, and project partners
• You will plan, prioritize, and monitor work packages as well as the creation and release of technical documentation
• You will be responsible for the quality, completeness, and consistency of planning results in the digital plant and 3D model
• You will coordinate design reviews, model checks, and clash detection processes and ensure compliance with relevant modeling guidelines
• You will identify technical risks, develop suitable countermeasures, and manage technical change processes
• You will monitor engineering progress, report regularly to project management, and support technical decisions

Your Qualifications

• You have a degree in engineering or a comparable technical qualification
• You have several years of professional experience in the engineering of complex industrial, energy, marine, or offshore projects
• You have experience in the technical leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary engineering teams
• You have sound knowledge of technical planning processes as well as interface and project management
• You are proficient in using 3D CAD systems, digital engineering platforms, and model-based planning methods
• You have knowledge of risk, change, and quality management as well as technical release processes
• You convince with strong communication skills, a sense of responsibility, and solution-oriented thinking
• You have good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Start: 2026-12
