• Strategic Requirements Management & Conception: Overall responsibility for the consistency and management of all business requirements, including legal requirements; as well as strategic governance of the agile backlog (Epics, Features) to ensure the product vision; and definition of the MVP strategy and leadership in value-oriented prioritization,
• Process Modeling & Digital Transformation: Strategic redesign and optimization of administrative processes (target concept) within the framework of the OZG; responsibility for the consistent modeling of business processes and the interface strategy; Senior Stakeholder Management & Communication,
• Leading complex workshops to consolidate diverging requirements at management level
• Central orchestration between business units, IT architecture, development, and external stakeholders
• Confident expectation management (scope/schedule) and preparation of decision papers for committees
• Quality Assurance and Governance: Ensuring complete compliance (DSGVO, BITV 2.0) across all requirements; strategic alignment of requirements with the target technical architecture to avoid errors; definition and establishment of standards for agile documentation (Jira/Confluence)
• Agile Delivery Lead: Management of backlog refinements and definition of quality standards ("Definition of Ready"); strategic advice to the Product Owner on long-term cycle and roadmap planning; methodological leadership of business units in the transition to iterative working methods (Agile Coaching).

Your Qualifications

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or comparable qualification, alternatively: completed IT/technical or commercial apprenticeship
• Many years of experience as a Requirements Manager or in a comparable relevant position (related to the above role and tasks) at C-level
• Experience in Agile Architecture Conception, including transforming highly complex requirements into an agile structure (Epics/Features) and consistently modeling them while considering the system architecture,
• Experience in Strategic Release Management, including responsibility for the high-level and detailed planning of development cycles, as well as strategic management of feature prioritization to achieve maximum business value, considering stakeholder interests
• Expertise in Advanced Process Design, including the analysis and redesign of business processes, as well as the methodology of not just mapping processes but strategically optimizing them in the spirit of digitalization
• Experience working with processes and techniques in software development
• Experience in independently preparing, moderating, and evaluating requirements workshops with clients
• Experience with classic and agile development methods (e.g., Waterfall, SCRUM, KANBAN, etc.).
