• In the booking area, central software solutions are managed and further developed, enabling the processing of sales and service processes in passenger transport.
• The applications support sales channels in booking, payment, and ticketing, as well as in downstream service processes such as order search, exchange, cancellation, and refund, thus forming an essential basis for reliable, efficient, and customer-oriented sales.
• Specifically, the following support services are to be provided:
• Support in analyzing and formulating functional and non-functional requirements, including interfaces, test cases, and acceptance criteria
• Slicing and formulating user stories as a template for the development of applications and automated tests
• Refinement of the backlog, content-related contact person for Product Owner and implementation team
• Documentation of technical and functional solution concepts
• Consideration of the technical architecture regarding the implementability of the functional requirements

Your Qualifications

• Completed degree (e.g., Business Informatics)
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the mobility, sales, customer service, IT, or comparable digital service environments
• At least 3 years as a Requirements Manager and Business Analyst
• At least 2 years of experience in agile development projects
• Demonstrable experience with Big Data Analysis
• Rhetorical confidence in speaking and writing (German)
• Desirable:
• Confident use of JIRA and Confluence tools, as well as experience in structured documentation of requirements and decisions
• Experience in the railway or logistics sector
• Experience in large-scale projects
