• Leadership & Responsibility: In this role, you will take on a demanding leadership position with organizational, operational, and controlling responsibility. You will lead a team of around 15 employees, further develop a high-performing and trusting team culture, and provide clear orientation to your team, even in a challenging environment.
• Structure & Control: You will systematically develop roles, responsibilities, and collaboration within the team, creating clear areas of responsibility and robust backup arrangements. You will manage capacities, prioritize topics, and ensure that tasks are implemented efficiently, economically, and with high quality. You will combine the topics of classic IT operations with cross-functional control and management tasks. In doing so, you will ensure that operational IT topics, organizational requirements, and controlling tasks are meaningfully integrated and managed as overall responsibility.
• Further Development of the IT Organization and Change Management: Together with the divisional management, you will shape the future-oriented further development of the IT organization. You will structure processes, establish practical framework conditions, guide your team safely through changes, and contribute impulses for the continuous development of the area of responsibility.
• Management of Security, Risk, and Emergency Topics: Together with the relevant interfaces, you will support the further development of essential security, risk, and emergency topics in IT. You will ensure that requirements are systematically addressed, evaluated, and translated into effective measures.
• Collaboration & Interface Management: You will work closely with divisional management as well as with adjacent specialist departments, internal stakeholders, and external partners. You will ensure clear communication, good coordination, and binding implementation of joint topics.

Your Qualifications

• You have a degree in IT or business informatics or a comparable qualification, as well as a solid professional foundation. You also have experience in leading and developing teams in a targeted manner, setting clear priorities, and leading employees in a appreciative, binding, and secure manner.
• Technical experience in operational IT topics: You have sound experience in operational IT tasks and can confidently assess technical contexts. This enables you to not only manage topics but also to provide content support and make viable decisions when necessary.
• Understanding of IT organization and cross-functional control: You have a good feel for structures, processes, and interrelationships in IT and understand how operational topics, organization, risk aspects, and further development interlock.
• Communication & Will to Shape: You communicate clearly, appropriately for the audience, and bindingly. You find it easy to make complex topics understandable, provide orientation, and actively help shape changes.
• Personality & Attitude: You enjoy taking responsibility, developing people, and leading an important IT area with a steady hand, a clear vision, and a sustainable approach.
