Job description
Seeking a Winshuttle Specialist with SAP S/4HANA experience to develop and optimize posting scripts for payroll payments and retroactive correction postings. The role involves handling data conversion from an HR system and ensuring accurate booking in SAP.
Project overview
For our client in the "Information Technology / Information Technology" sector, we are looking for a "Winshuttle Specialist (m/f/d) (SAP S/4HANA) – Development and Optimization of Posting Scripts" on a contracting basis.
Responsibilities
Development of two Winshuttle scripts:
Posting of payroll payments
We receive a txt file from the HR system (LOGA HR) with all relevant information. The contained data must be converted for processing in SAP and then processed in SAP S4/H.
We currently use an add-on from P&I –> ZLOGA. However, this program is outdated and does not process the data completely, so the postings are not fully made in SAP.
Changing ZLOGA is too complex and too risky. In the long term, we aim to establish a standard interface between LOGA HR and TC-FIS.
To bridge the time until the standard interface is used, we want to use a posting via Winshuttle script.
Retroactive correction postings
We have the problem that previous postings were booked in the system without assignment of the affected periods. It should be checked whether these corrections can also be booked in SAP via Winshuttle script.
The alternative would be to make manual corrections every month. With more than 1000 data records, this is not a real alternative.
Requirements
- Sound practical experience with Winshuttle, especially in the development and implementation of SAP automation scripts.
- Very good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, ideally in the area of Finance (FI) and financial accounting.
- Experience with the processing, transformation, and automated posting of external data in SAP.
- Knowledge of integrating HR and SAP financial processes is an advantage.
- Experience with payroll postings, correction postings, and period-accurate assignment is desirable.
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
- Very good German language skills for technical and professional coordination.
