Handle WOO requests and related complaints independently, including reviewing and anonymizing documents, collecting information, and drafting decisions.

The assignment includes independently handling WOO requests and related complaints and objections.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Reviewing and substantively anonymizing documents in the context of WOO requests
- Collecting and timely delivering information for disclosure files
- Monitoring legal deadlines and acting as a point of contact for applicants
- Drafting (partial) decisions and managing ongoing WOO processes, including associated objection procedures
- Independently handling informal and formal complaints, including drafting reports of findings and correspondence
- Writing defense statements and handling decisions on objections
- Developing preliminary and final advice for the complaints committee
- Administratively handling hearings in the context of objection procedures
- Completed legal HBO bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of demonstrable work experience as a WOO lawyer in the past 5 years
- Demonstrable work experience of at least 2 years at a municipality or government organization
