• Coordination of project activities in the area of heavy maintenance (overhauls, revisions, wheelset replacement), accident repairs, and locomotive modernization projects together with the Technical Project Manager
• Preparation and coordination of material lists in collaboration with Supply Chain
• Creation of project and production documentation and coordination of work packages
• Preparation and submission of quotations for additional work orders and management of their execution
• Continuous coordination with customers regarding project schedules as well as technical and commercial matters
• Identification, assessment, and tracking of risks and opportunities
• Continuous optimization of processes and tools within project execution while ensuring compliance with current ECM regulations
• Issuing operational release approvals following completed maintenance activities
• Ensuring compliance with and implementation of EHS requirements
• Participation in internal and external audits
• Completed technical degree, alternatively qualification as a technician, master craftsman, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in work preparation / production planning
• Proficient in the use of MS Office applications
• Strong problem-solving and results-oriented mindset
• Team player with assertiveness and the ability to drive topics forward
• Good moderation and presentation skills
• Excellent German and good English language skills
• MTM (Methods-Time Measurement) certification
• Onsite presence in Hennigsdorf required
