For our client, we are looking for an interim Workday Integration Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and quality assurance of data in the context of a Workday implementation
• Analysis of existing data stocks, data structures, and data processes
• Identification of missing or incorrect data fields as well as data gaps and inconsistencies
• Execution of data cleansing measures and preparation of data for the Workday implementation
• Analysis and evaluation of existing data quality
• Identification of optimization potential in data processing and data management

• Sound experience in HR Data Management, HRIS environment, or as a Data Quality Specialist
• Experience with data quality, data analysis, and data cleansing
• Knowledge in the preparation and migration of HR data
• Ideally, practical experience with Workday implementations
• Experience in analyzing complex data structures and identifying data gaps
• Structured, analytical, and independent way of working
• Your current project availability (earliest start)
• Your maximum utilization/week in total
• Your hourly rate
• Your current profile (ideally in pdf format)
• Your assessment of the required qualifications
