The consultant ensures that Covéa workstations meet expected technical, configuration, security, and operational criteria daily. They monitor park consistency, analyze discrepancies, identify root causes, and coordinate corrections with relevant teams.

The consultant ensures daily that Covéa workstations meet the expected technical, configuration, security, and operational criteria, based on product dashboards.
They monitor the park's consistency through various tools and repositories, analyze discrepancies, identify their origin, and request the competent teams for their correction. The Operational Coordinator takes over when several teams need to intervene or in case of blockage.
Main missions
Operational indicators monitored
- Check park consistency between Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, MECM, and the CMDB.
- Detect inconsistencies.
- Qualify discrepancies and identify their cause.
- Request competent teams and follow up on corrections.
- Produce and monitor operational indicators.
- Number of workstations checked and inconsistent workstations.
- New anomalies, corrected anomalies, anomalies remaining to be processed.
- Age of anomalies: more than 7, 15, and 30 days.
- Distribution of discrepancies by criterion.
- Recidivism rate.
- Average time to return to compliance.
- Anomalies with no identified owner.
