Detailed Description

Responsible for the operational maintenance of x86 hardware and software infrastructures (firmware and drivers) from manufacturers Cisco, HP, DELL, and LENOVO.

This mission is subject to structural on-call duties, occasional off-hours interventions, and daytime shifts starting at 07:30.

• Remote access to Hardware (CIMC, IDRAC, ILO....)
• May participate in x86 infrastructure evolution studies (Design).
• Performs engineering during the construction/installation/configuration of x86 technical platforms within projects (BUILD).
• Installs x86 infrastructures, configures, and validates x86 infrastructure components.
• Analyzes and corrects x86 hardware incidents.
• Manage changes.
• Handle incidents and requests.
• Resolve problems.
