LeistungsbeschreibungA new municipal access point for Youth Care is gradually being built from May 2026. For this purpose, we are looking for experienced consultants who want to contribute to the development of a future-proof access point while at the same time supporting residents with appropriate help and support.You will join a team under development. In addition to carrying out substantive work, you will actively contribute to the development of processes, working methods and cooperation agreements. We deliberately start on a small scale in order to gain experience, learn and carefully shape service delivery.

The complexity of the issues requires professional judgement, an integral perspective and good cooperation with chain partners.We are looking for professionals who can be deployed within the Youth domain.AnforderungenConducting conversations with young people and families regarding help and support requests.Mapping the situation and drawing up integral support plans.Assessing applications and notifications based on the Youth Act.Issuing decisions and referrals to appropriate youth care.Directing ongoing support and monitoring progress.Identifying safety risks and cooperating with, among others, Veilig Thuis and certified institutions.Cooperating with families, network partners and care providers.Independently deployable as a Youth Consultant.Able to become productive quickly and independently manage a caseload.Experience with assessments, reporting, issuing decisions and case direction.Flexible and able to work well within an organization that is continuously developing.Able to work with changing work processes and new cooperation agreements.Completed HBO education, for example Social Work, SPH, MWD or Pedagogy.Valid SKJ registration.Experience with assessments, case direction and working within a municipal context.Knowledge of the Youth Act, reporting code, risk assessment and safety issues.Experience conducting family conversations.Strong analytical skills and able to make balanced decisions independently.Good written skills for reports and decisions.Cooperative and able to build connections with residents, networks and chain partners.Experience within a municipal access point or the social domain is an advantage.Das bekommen Sie von unsSKJ Registration is mandatory.Interviews on 5-10.Available from October.Residing in the Utrecht region (maximum 20 kilometers one-way travel distance).No ZZP.For this request it has been clearly coordinated whether hiring is necessary and when the interviews are.We guarantee an assessment by the municipality and at least 3 candidates invited for interview.Working days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.Über den AuftraggeberStart: 19.10.2026End: 19.04.2027Workload: 32 h/weekLocation: Gemeente Stichtse Vecht (hybrid working possible, 50/50)
