Project overview
Contract Review and Management
Objective
To maintain reliable and up-to-date contract records by assessing changes made to existing cash pool agreements and ensuring that all relevant contractual information is correctly reflected in the contract management system.
Assignment Overview
The initial contractual details of the cash pool agreements have already been documented in a contract management system. Since the agreements were originally signed, further contractual documents may have introduced changes to the terms and conditions.
These documents may include individual amendments or revised agreements that replace the original contract. The assignment involves examining the available documentation, determining which changes are relevant to the information stored in the system, and ensuring that the contract records reflect the latest applicable terms.
Main Activities
Review the contract information already available in the system and establish which additional documents relate to each cash pool agreement.
Compare the original agreements with subsequent documentation to identify changes that affect the recorded contract details. Distinguish between amendments that require an update and those that do not affect the information maintained in the system.
Add the applicable documents to the corresponding contract files and amend the existing records where necessary. Ensure that any changes to the contractual information are accurately reflected in the relevant data fields.
Review the completed records against the underlying documents to verify their accuracy and completeness. Highlight any conflicting information, missing details or issues that require additional input.
Approach to Contract Updates
The work involves two complementary activities:
Deliverables
The assignment should result in contract records that accurately represent the applicable terms of each cash pool agreement. Relevant supporting documents should be included, updated information should be consistent with the contractual documentation, and any outstanding issues should be documented for follow-up.
