Coordinate an absence recovery action within the absence expert team of the M&O department.
Project overview
As a coordinator, you will lead a recovery action within the absence expert team of the M&O department.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Coordinate the daily process management on predefined absence files
- Ensure that files are handled according to the agreed procedure and that progress is made
- Identify and escalate when actions are not taken or files stagnate
- Act as a sparring partner for the absence expert team
- Inform management about progress and prepare management reports
- Organize and facilitate the planning and necessary discussions within the expert team
- Monitor and report on the results of the recovery action
- Completed higher professional education (HBO)
- Minimum of 7 years of work experience with absence and/or reintegration issues
- Knowledge of the Gatekeeper Improvement Act (Wet Verbetering Poortwachter), demonstrable through education, training, or work experience
- Experience as an absence counselor is a plus, with more years of experience being valued higher
- Team-oriented, flexible, and organizationally sensitive attitude with strong planning skills
