The absence manager strengthens the management of absence and sustainable employability within the municipality.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Implementing the Action Plan for Sustainable Employability
• Acting as an internal point of contact and driver for sustainable employability
• Supporting and coaching managers on complex absence and vitality issues
• Providing coaching-on-the-job and intervision to increase knowledge
• Updating policy, processes, and protocols in the area of absence and employability
• Further developing and optimizing management information and reports on absence
• Advising on suitable training and interventions for managers and employees
• Specialist knowledge of sustainable employability and absence policy
• Experience in coaching and advising managers
• Skill in developing policy and management reports
• Availability of 24 hours per week for a duration of 12 months
