Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Implementing the Action Plan for Sustainable Employability
- Acting as an internal point of contact and driver for sustainable employability
- Supporting and coaching managers on complex absence and vitality issues
- Providing coaching-on-the-job and intervision to increase knowledge
- Updating policy, processes, and protocols in the area of absence and employability
- Further developing and optimizing management information and reports on absence
- Advising on suitable training and interventions for managers and employees
- Specialist knowledge of sustainable employability and absence policy
- Experience in coaching and advising managers
- Skill in developing policy and management reports
- Availability of 24 hours per week for a duration of 12 months
