Job description

Reporting to the regional management, you will be the primary contact for local decision-makers (local authorities, elected officials, social landlords, local public companies) to realize their investment projects.

Your missions will focus on 3 major areas:

This is a temporary position to be filled as soon as possible in the Toulouse area. As part of your duties, you will be required to travel in the Ariège and Gers regions. The salary is between €38K and €43K depending on your experience.

Candidate profile

With a Bac+3/5 degree in banking, finance, or economics, you have at least 5 years of experience in a banking sector role. You have solid foundations in financial analysis and an understanding of how territorial public actors operate.

About our client

We are recruiting for our client, a major institutional and financial player in economic development, an Account Manager for Financing.

• Development and partnership relations:
• Identify investment opportunities and actively prospect public and semi-public stakeholders in the sector.
• Promote all engineering and long-term financing offers.
• Deploy nationally supported territorial programs locally (city centers, urban renovation, reindustrialization).
• Financial engineering and project structuring:
• Analyze the needs, solvency, and technical-financial feasibility of projects.
• Structure tailor-made financing solutions in conjunction with internal experts and financial analysts.
• Prepare, process, and support applications before commitment committees.
• Management and compliance:
• Ensure administrative rigor and compliance with regulatory procedures (KYC, first-level controls).
• Monitor the progress of applications until fund disbursement and ensure activity reporting.
