Accountant (M/F) - 75

Project overview

Our client in the service sector is looking for an Accountant (M/F) -75 to strengthen their accounting function and support the digitalization of their financial processes.

Reporting to the Head of Accounting, the recruited person will be responsible for account reconciliation, closing procedures, and monitoring of projected cash flow. They will also participate in the implementation of financial and accounting tools, as well as work on the implementation of the VAT reform.

The electronic invoicing project is based on Sage X3, with PDP and PA tools integrated into the same technical platform. The position is open for a permanent contract, freelance, or with a possibility of pre-employment.

Contract: Full-time permanent contract; freelance or pre-employment possible.

Start date: As soon as possible.

• Perform review and revision of monthly and annual accounts.
• Prepare annual accounts and closing files.
• Monitor projected cash flow and analyze variances.
• Participate in the implementation of new financial and accounting management tools, particularly PDP and P2P.
• Contribute to the electronic invoicing project led by Sage X3, integrating PDP and PA tools.
• Participate in the implementation of the VAT reform.
• Write and update accounting and financial procedures.
• Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and compliance with accounting standards.
• Validated degree of Bac+3 / Bac+4 level in accounting and finance.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Mastery of accounting review, closing procedures, and preparation of annual accounts.
• Skills in monitoring projected cash flow and analyzing variances.
• Mastery of office tools, particularly Excel, and accounting software.
• Aptitude for digitalization and the implementation of management processes and tools, particularly PDP and P2P.
