About the role

We are looking for a BI Business Analyst to support an Enterprise Cyber Security organization in developing data-driven reporting, analytics, and automation capabilities. You will transform operational data into actionable insights, build executive-level reporting solutions, automate data and reporting processes, and help establish consistent KPI and metrics governance.

Your responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cybersecurity KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and management reporting.
• Build advanced Power BI solutions and executive-level visualizations supporting strategic and operational decisions.
• Analyze data from Azure DevOps and other enterprise platforms to identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Automate reporting, data collection, validation, and performance monitoring processes.
• Apply AI-enabled tools and automation technologies to improve reporting efficiency, data quality, and insight generation.
• Define and maintain metric definitions, reporting standards, and governance practices.
• Support capacity balancing, performance management, portfolio oversight, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Act as a subject matter expert for analytics, reporting, automation, and tool optimization.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and capability leaders to translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, metrics development, automation, or a related area.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Power BI.
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps analytics.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, including Power Query and Power Pivot.
• Proven experience developing KPI frameworks, dashboards, performance measurement models, and management reporting.
• Experience with reporting automation, workflow optimization, and AI-enabled productivity or analytics solutions.
• Experience working within enterprise technology, cybersecurity, digital transformation, governance, or operational excellence environments.
• Ability to translate complex datasets and business requirements into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including collaboration with senior stakeholders.
• Strong focus on data accuracy, consistency, quality, and governance.
• Proactive, self-driven approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
