Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of a large ServiceNow transformation program for telecom operations.
- Manage multiple workstreams including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, TSOM, TSM, CSM, and integrations.

- Establish and maintain program governance frameworks.
- Lead program execution using Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe / Large Scale Agile).

Requirements
- 18+ years of IT or digital transformation experience
- 10+ years managing large enterprise programs
- Large telecom or enterprise platform program delivery
- Multi-vendor and global delivery team management
- Scaled Agile delivery, preferably SAFe, including ART coordination
- Strong ServiceNow platform understanding, especially ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, TSOM, TSM and integrations
- Program governance, planning and delivery management
