Agile Master

Project overview

As an Agile Master, you facilitate the daily operations of a delivery team responsible for performance, load, and quality assurance testing tools. You support it in its interactions with development, infrastructure, reliability, and architecture teams, as well as in its approach to autonomy and continuous improvement.

The team operates using Kanban, in a continuous flow logic. You help it adapt its agile practices to its context, remove obstacles, and strengthen the coherence of its operations with its ecosystem. You support the product owner in preparing and evaluating product backlog items, and facilitate collective meetings: weekly meetings, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, grooming, and demonstrations.

You ensure that indicators and documentation are truly useful for team monitoring and knowledge sharing, and promote its autonomy for continuous deployments.

Profile

Mastery of agile methods and ability to adapt them to Kanban operations.

Experience with Jira Software.

Analytical and synthesis skills, rigor, and organizational skills.

Ability to understand complex environments, solve problems, and facilitate collaboration.

Autonomy and ability to support a team in its continuous improvement.
