Scrum Master / Agile Master – Kanban & IT Platform – Lille

Project overview

Mission Context

We are looking for a Scrum Master / Agile Master to support a technical team within the IT platform of a major mobility player.

This platform provides the tools, services, and environments used by development teams. You will join the domain dedicated to the reliability, performance, and resilience of digital platforms.

Your team consists of 7 people: a Delivery Manager, a Product Owner, and five Ops / Engineering profiles. It develops and supports the use of tools and services around several key areas:

The team operates using Kanban, in a continuous flow logic, and interacts with development, infrastructure, SRE, architecture, and product teams.

You will support the team in its daily operations, its continuous improvement, and its progress towards greater autonomy.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Profile Sought

You have significant experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Master with IT teams and know how to adapt your support to their context.

We are particularly looking for:

Experience in an Ops, DevOps, SRE, infrastructure, or IT platform environment will be particularly appreciated. Knowledge of performance, observability, SLO, or resilience challenges is also an asset.

• Load and performance testing.
• Quality gates.
• Definition and monitoring of Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
• Chaos Engineering.
• Supporting development teams on the performance and robustness of their applications.
• Supporting Kanban practices: visualizing flow, managing work in progress, identifying blockages, and improving fluidity.
• Facilitating exchanges and leading useful team meetings: daily stand-ups, weekly meetings, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and demonstrations.
• Supporting the Product Owner in preparing, clarifying, and prioritizing the backlog.
• Helping the team become autonomous in evaluating and processing backlog items.
• Implementing useful indicators for monitoring activity and continuous improvement: cycle time, throughput, blockages, team health.
• Facilitating the resolution of obstacles and managing dependencies with other teams.
• Encouraging DevOps practices and supporting the team's autonomy in continuous deployment.
• Promoting up-to-date technical and functional documentation, useful for knowledge sharing and onboarding new members.
• Contributing to the consistency of agile practices within the domain.
• Practical experience with Kanban and continuous flow operations.
• Strong proficiency with Jira Software.
• Experience supporting technical teams and an understanding of IT project challenges.
• The ability to understand a complex environment, its interactions, and dependencies.
• A facilitator and coach mindset that promotes accountability and autonomy.
• Good analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills.
• Rigor, organization, and a team spirit.
