• Development/Tech Lead background capable of creating an AI development factory that manages the entire value chain (development, AI, QA, etc.). This profile should also have business acumen to understand use cases, implement the pilot phase, and then deploy to Product Owners, developers, and business stakeholders. Must understand architecture and product.
• AI trajectory initiated 6-8 months ago, but progress has been limited despite identified use cases.
• With the help of an external partner.
• AI is not a temporary trend and will profoundly disrupt ways of working, thus requiring ongoing engagement in small projects for continuous evolution.
• Need an internal profile capable of taking ownership of use cases and implementing them.
