- Development/Tech Lead background capable of creating an AI development factory that manages the entire value chain (development, AI, QA, etc.). This profile should also have business acumen to understand use cases, implement the pilot phase, and then deploy to Product Owners, developers, and business stakeholders. Must understand architecture and product.
